If you’re a creative, you run a space, or you’re organizing an event in Metro Bacolod, getting listed on Loop Bacolod is the whole point of being here. Here’s exactly how it works, start to finish.

Step 1: Create an account

You’ll need to be logged in to submit a listing, this is what keeps your submissions editable later and lets people reach you through your dashboard. Head to Log In, then choose “create one.” You’ll need a username, email, and password, that’s it, and you’ll get a confirmation email once you’re set up.

Step 2: Go to Submit a Listing

From your dashboard or the main menu, open Submit a Listing. You’ll choose what you’re adding first: a Creative profile (that’s you, as an artist, musician, photographer, or maker), a Locale (your space, a café, gallery, studio, or shop), or an Event.

Step 3: Tell us the basics

Each type asks for what actually matters for it:

  • Creative profiles want your category and a short bio about what you do.
  • Locales want your address, hours, and what kind of space you are.
  • Events want a date, time, and where it’s happening, pick an existing Locale from the list, or tell us it’s somewhere new and we’ll add it for you.

Step 4: Add a real photo

This is the easiest five minutes you’ll spend on the whole thing, and it matters more than people expect. A listing with a genuine, well-lit photo reads as active and trustworthy; a listing with a stock image or none at all reads as an empty directory entry nobody’s actually checking.

Step 5: Submit for review

Every submission gets a quick human check before it goes live, not an automated content moderation filter. This keeps the directory trustworthy for everyone browsing it, no dead listings, no spam accounts padding out the numbers. You’ll get a notification once it’s approved.

What happens after you’re approved

Everything you’ve submitted lives in your Dashboard, where you can edit any listing any time, track messages from people reaching out about it, and see it all in one place instead of scattered across confirmation emails. If you’re a creative, being listed also means word of mouth finally has somewhere to actually land, someone searching for exactly what you do can find you directly, instead of the search just dead-ending.

That’s the whole process. No fees, no waiting weeks, just an honest listing and a quick review.
